Implement the “three irons" and hold the lifeline of project quality.The North China Energy Regulatory Bureau regulates the safety and quality of the construction of the ”coal-to-electricity" supporting project, implements the “iron system, iron inspection and iron punishment”, conducts supervision interviews for power construction companies with poor project construction quality and many on-site problems, and issues 5 minutes of supervision interviews, requiring the companies involved to make serious rectification and carry out timely reviews.In addition, in order to strengthen the quality supervision and management of the “coal-to-electricity” project, the North China Energy Regulatory Bureau, at the working meeting of regional quality supervision agencies organized at the beginning of the year, required the quality supervision agencies to perform their duties conscientiously and conscientiously, and to open up a “green channel” for power construction projects involving “coal-to-electricity” to be accepted in a timely manner to ensure that the “coal-to-electricity” project is put into operation on schedule.

Establish a market mechanism to open up the aorta of clean heating.Research and formulate the "Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Green Power Market-oriented Trading Rules (Trial Implementation)".Through the establishment of a new type of market-oriented trading mechanism adapted to a larger scale and coordinated operation of transaction scheduling, the market scope will be extended to the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, and a new mechanism for integrated green power trading and wind power clean heating in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region will be realized. Promote the consumption of new energy and give full play to the decisive role of the market in optimizing the allocation of resources.

Pay close attention to complaints and reports, and build a “people's livelihood bridge” to protect rights and interests.Pay close attention to the work of the 12398 complaint and reporting hotline, and initiate a “green channel” for complaint and report handling for complaints about heating interruptions due to “coal-to-electricity” procedures, overload, etc., to speed up the response speed and increase supervision.Since the beginning of winter, the North China Energy Regulatory Bureau has coordinated and dealt with a number of “coal-to-electricity” power supply complaints in a timely manner.
