Shanxi Qiang Wei Paper Co., Ltd. integrates waste paper recycling, pulping and paper, resource recycling and comprehensive utilization, and technological research and development innovation to provide excellent sustainable development. Shanxi Qiang Wei Paper settled in ShouYang Economic and Technological Development Zone in 2009.We are the largest paper manufacturer in Shanxi Province and the largest plasterboard liner manufacturer in China. We have north and south regions, with an annual output of 700,000 tons of plasterboard liner and 800,000 tons of packaging paper.The North District covers an area of 211,693 m2 and has two production lines of plasterboard liner,PM4&PM5, with an annual output of 400,000 tons.The southern district covers an area of 658,340 m2 and has an annual output of 300,000 tons of plasterboard liner PM6 production lines, 800,000 tons of packaging paper in three production lines: PM7, PM8 & PM9.

Taiyuan Qixing Weiye Paper Co., Ltd. was established on August 2, 1992, located in Jinyuan District, Taiyuan City, covering an area of 2.7 acres.The annual output of corrugated paper is 1,800 tons.

In 1998, after 7 years of exploration and continuous development, the annual output of corrugated paper reached 6,000 tons.

Development

In 2000, Qi Xingweiye innovated its technology and began to independently develop new types of construction paper. In August 2000, it was transformed and officially put into production plasterboard liner.The annual output is 20,000 tons.

Speed up

After the renovation of the factory site in 2002, the annual output of plasterboard liner was 40,000 tons, and the production speed was increased to 100,000 tons by 2003.

Leap

In order to adapt to the broad market prospects of plasterboard liner, in 2009, the company invested 2 billion yuan to locate a site in the industrial park of Shouyang County, covering an area of 317.54 acres.Construction into reality Some 4# plasterboard liner (surface paper) production lines have an annual output of 150,000 tons.

Breakthrough

In 2014, a 150,000-ton base paper production line was completed and put into operation in August, and its equipment and output ranked first in the country in the same industry.The company's annual output increased to 300,000 tons, making a major breakthrough.

In 2018, in order to cope with the deteriorating market situation and enhance the company's risk resistance, the company has requisitioned more than 1,000 acres of land and has launched the “PM6” project. It is expected that the company will acquire more than 1,000 acres of land and start the "PM6" project. It will be officially put into operation in 2021.Fundamentally, the market share and competitiveness have been further improved.

Expansion

On October 25, 2018, an expert review meeting of the "Environmental Impact Assessment Report of Gypsum Board Surface Protection Paper and Wrapping Paper Project with an Annual output of 1.1 million Tons" was held.

Expansion

Starting in April 2020, construction on the new PM6 project site will begin.Papermaking workshop: Cadre 2. The foundation of the completed section is completed, and the pulp, wet part, and cadre 1 are under construction in the basic part.The foundation of the paper machine is 50% completed.

Technical reform

In March 2020, 68 million yuan was invested to carry out the technical transformation of the paper machine in the PM4 workshop.Add wood pulp line, replace the surface/core layer slurry box, and replace the mesh Dehydrate the components and replace the applicator.Transform the new type of shoe pressing technology to replace the existing vacuum pre-pressing + large roller pressing and reduce the broken head of the paper machine， Improve operating performance.The start-up trial operation was carried out at the end of May of the same year.

In March 2020

In March 2020, 9.6 million yuan was invested to upgrade the odor collection system of the sewage treatment workshop. A new set of deodorization systems has been added, including alkali washing spray towers, biological deodorization tanks, exhaust gas collection systems, and exhaust fans and chimneys.It was put into operation in July of the same year.
